Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels.
Create innovative lesson plans and learning materials tailored to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence-building.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification preferred.
Previous teaching experience, especially in ESL/EFL settings, is advantageous.
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Mandarin is a plus but not required.
