Responsibilities:
**Create, plan, and deliver captivating English lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels.
**Teach essential language skills such as speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary.
**Utilize innovative teaching methods and resources to ensure engaging and effective learning experiences.
**Regularly assess student progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
**Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and facilitates cultural exchange.
**Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
Requirements:
**Hold a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution in any field.
**Possess TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification with at least 120 hours of training (or an equivalent qualification).
**Demonstrate native or near-native level proficiency in English.
**Have at least one year of teaching experience, preferably with ESL learners (recent graduates are also encouraged to apply!).
**Exhibit excellent communication skills, patience, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.
