Responsibilities:
- Create engaging lesson plans and deliver dynamic English lessons to students of different ages and proficiency levels.
- Teach essential language skills including speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods and resources to make learning enjoyable and effective.
- Regularly assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and promotes cultural exchange.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution in any field.
- Possess TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification with at least 120 hours of training (or equivalent).
- Demonstrate native or near-native level proficiency in English.
- Preferably have at least one year of teaching experience with ESL learners. Fresh graduates are also welcome!
- Excellent communication skills, patience, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.
