Secondary School Advisor | Leadership Job in Saudi Arabia - ASAP START

We are seeking a Female Secondary School Improvement Advisor to work in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work closely with school leaders, teachers, and other education professionals to support the improvement of secondary schools in the region.
 
Responsibilities:
  1. Work collaboratively with school leaders to develop and implement improvement plans for secondary schools
  2. Provide guidance and support to teachers and other education professionals in implementing effective teaching practices and strategies
  3. Monitor and evaluate the progress of secondary schools and provide feedback to school leaders and other stakeholders
  4. Support the development and implementation of professional development programs for teachers and school leaders
  5. Collaborate with other education professionals and organizations to stay up-to-date with best practices in education and to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  2. Master's degree in Education or a related field preferred
  3. At least 5 years of experience in education, with a focus on secondary school improvement. Experience of a Principal/School Improvement Consultant is preferred
  4. Experience of doing a similar role in the GCC is preferred
  5. Experience working in international or multicultural environments
  6. Strong knowledge of best practices in secondary school education and improvement
  7. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Salary Package
  1. Competitive salary based on experience up to 30,000 SAR per month

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:
3 Years

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Newly Qualified Teachers are NOT considered
Prefer candidates with international experience
Open University qualification(s) are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Additional:
**Having a Master's is essential to your application
**Experience of being in a similar role is important

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 30000 up to 32000  SAR (Saudi Arabian Riyal) per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
Housing:
Based on application  fully furnished Housing provided

State/Public medical provided
Flights:
Flight(s) provided annual flights are provided for the teacher
Bereavement Leave:
Bereavement leave given
Emergency Evacuation:
Emergency evacuation given
Gratuity Amount:
Gratuity Amount of the end of service bonus pay is 3 weeks per annum completed and paid at the end of the contract is provided
Contract Length:
2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
