Secondary School Advisor | Leadership Job in Saudi Arabia - ASAP START
We are seeking a Female Secondary School Improvement Advisor to work in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work closely with school leaders, teachers, and other education professionals to support the improvement of secondary schools in the region.
Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with school leaders to develop and implement improvement plans for secondary schools

Provide guidance and support to teachers and other education professionals in implementing effective teaching practices and strategies

Monitor and evaluate the progress of secondary schools and provide feedback to school leaders and other stakeholders

Support the development and implementation of professional development programs for teachers and school leaders
-
Collaborate with other education professionals and organizations to stay up-to-date with best practices in education and to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
-
Master's degree in Education or a related field preferred
-
At least 5 years of experience in education, with a focus on secondary school improvement. Experience of a Principal/School Improvement Consultant is preferred

Experience of doing a similar role in the GCC is preferred
-
Experience working in international or multicultural environments
-
Strong knowledge of best practices in secondary school education and improvement
-
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Newly Qualified Teachers are NOT considered
Prefer candidates with international experience
Open University qualification(s) are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Additional:

**Experience of being in a similar role is important
Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary from 30000 up to 32000
SAR (Saudi Arabian Riyal) per month
based on experience and qualification,
