My client, an outstanding school based in Dubai, is currently seeking creatives in the field of Art who are passionate about developing the creativity of individuals of all ages. The selected teacher will join an excellent team of teachers, admin staff, fantastic students and great parents. The school places a huge emphasis on creativity, innovation and has a passion for discovery-based learning. The school aims to empower all their students to adapt to a world that is ever developing and changing. The school offers excellent teaching and learning facilities to facilitate a practical and creative approach to both teaching and learning. I am seeking an individual who possesses the ability to deliver OUTSTANDING art lessons and has the ability to develop students creativity. By providing students with challenging and engaging lessons, they will help support their children in unlocking their full potential. The outstanding individual will have the experience of dealing with students of a wide age range, as well as the ability to deliver lessons to a variety of abilities.
Applicants will also have the opportunity to help contribute to an ever-developing curriculum. They will also be able to confidently articulate ideas and suggestions of good practice and have a willingness to engage in continued Professional development.
Salary:
**Tax-Free Salary, 10,000 - 15,000 AED per month based on experience

The ideal applicant
The ideal applicant will a have a minimum of two years' teaching experience within their desired field and have a proven track record in creating a positive learning environment and a history of teaching good/outstanding lessons in the field of Art. Practitioners will have the ability to lead whole class sessions whilst also having the ability to support individual students with their own, personal projects. Teachers will model and support a LEARNER-CENTERED classroom environment that promotes learner engagement and participation. The successful applicant will be expected to collaborate with team members to share ideas and practice and plan Professional Development sessions across the school.
Education
**Relevant B.Ed with a focus on Art (or related fields)
**PGCE or Qualified Teacher Status
**2 Years Minimum Teaching Experience
