My client is currently seeking a teacher with expertise in the area of Chemistry to join their excellent team of teachers, admin staff, fantastic students and great parents. The school places a huge emphasis on creativity, innovation and a have a passion for discovery-based learning. The school aims to empower all their students to adapt to a world that is ever developing and changing. As well as offering excellent teaching and learning facilities such as state of the art science labs to support a hands-on/practical approach to the teaching and learning of ALL SCIENCES.
I am seeking an individual who possesses the ability to deliver OUTSTANDING chemistry lessons and has the ability to develop students confidence. The teacher will aim to provide challenging and engaging lessons which will support their students in unlocking their full potential.
Applicants will also have the opportunity to help contribute to an ever-developing curriculum and will also be able to confidently articulate ideas and suggestions of good practice to support the overall growth of the school.

The Ideal Candidate
The HeadTeacher has specified that he is looking for an individual with a true passion for facilitating young peoples curiosity in the field of Chemistry. The ideal candidate will be expected to have a minimum of two years teaching experience in the field, and references will indicate a track record of a history of effective teaching. Exceptional candidates will indicate excellent subject knowledge and the ability to put situations into REAL-LIFE contexts.
Teachers will also be expected to maintain excellent classroom management in order to promote cohesion and professionalism. Excellent communication is also a key skill required as some of the students are not Native English speakers. The outstanding individual will have the ability to use assessment as a tool to further develop their students learning and development.
Educational Requirements
**Bachelor's Degree in Scientific field or relatable subject
**Qualified Teachers Status
**Outstanding Oral and written English skills
