Early Years Teacher Positions – Bahrain – August 2026 Start

We are recruiting Early Years Teachers for top international schools across Bahrain. ✅ Available Roles & Responsibilities

Nursery Teacher (ages 2–3)
✅ Deliver nurturing care and early learning experiences
✅ Support social, emotional, and cognitive development
✅ Plan play-based activities to foster curiosity and exploration

Pre-School Teacher (ages 3–4)
✅ Teach foundational literacy, numeracy, and language skills
✅ Develop creative and social learning through guided play
✅ Monitor children’s developmental progress and communicate with parents

Kindergarten (KG) Teacher (ages 4–5)
✅ Prepare children for formal schooling through structured learning
✅ Develop early literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills
✅ Promote independence, confidence, and positive behavior

Reception Teacher (ages 4–5, EYFS)
✅ Follow EYFS curriculum to develop literacy, numeracy, and social skills
✅ Encourage exploration, play, and creative learning
✅ Track progress and provide feedback to parents and school leadership

🎓 Requirements for All Roles

✅ Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Early Childhood or related field
✅ Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or US Teaching License)
✅ Minimum 2 years teaching experience preferred
✅ Experience with IB PYP, UK, or US Early Years curriculum is an advantage
