An international kindergarten is recruiting a positive and energetic Early Years teacher to join the team. This school follows the EYFS curriculum for students ageing between 18 months to 5 years old.
The school has 300 students at present comprised of 80% local students and 20% of expatriate students. The school also has about 35 staff consists of 70% expatriate staff coming from UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia.
The school is situated in an affluent area with a large expatriate community. The school environment is clean, quiet and beautiful and provides a good learning and teaching environment for students and teachers. The school campus size is moderate with a beautiful garden. Facilities in the school include colourfully decorated classrooms, a small library, music room, art room, indoor playroom, canteen, outdoor playing field.
Roles and responsibilities:
**Plan written lesson plans and conduct daily activities for children in a safe environment
**Use equipment and supplies conscientiously
**Attend and actively contribute to staff meetings
**Assist children with doing homework
**Give positive direction to children to prevent arguments, conflicts, or fights
**Be flexible in working with different age groups.
**Be able to communicate properly and effectively with parents
**Ensure student safety within the school environment
