The client which we are recruiting for is one of the best Montessori schools in the city! They are looking for someone with the following:

Native English speaker

Bachelor’s Degree in early childhood education
-
Minimum 2+ years in ESL early childhood education experience

TEFL/TESOL/ELL Certification
-
Good communication skills both speaking and writing
-
Excellent organization skills
-
Very good administrative skills
The type of duties you will be required to do in this job role is:
-
Monitor students progress and maintain a portfolio for each student
-
Communicate and cooperate with Chinese English Teachers to ensure both parties are on the same page regarding lesson plan content

Greet students and parents at the door
-
Lead English lessons during scheduled times
-
Prepare teaching materials during set prep time as noted by the English Department
-
Maintain good relationships with parents and keep them well informed about their student’s progress.

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Newly Qualified Teachers are NOT considered
A Newly Qualified Teachers program is provided
Prefer candidates with international experience
Open University qualification(s) are accepted
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have international education experience international educational institute before are accepted
Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary from 14,000 up to 16,000
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month
based on experience and qualification,
15-20% Tax is applied
Housing:
Housing allowance of 4,000
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) provided
Flights:
Included in Salary CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi)
Allowance is provided
Contract Length:
1 year contract renewable on mutual agreement
