**Teaching Job in China**

Job duties and responsibilities:

• To teach across the age and ability range as necessary
• To assist in the preparation and marking of assessments
• To liaise closely with the Head of Department on all matters relating to Physics
• To ensure that all classes are taught according to the curriculum and examination syllabus
• To assist and supervise all laboratory activities
• To ensure that marking, assessment techniques and record keeping are carried out in accordance with the school policies
• To coordinate the preparation of all test and mark schemes in Physics
• To maintain classroom discipline
• To attend all formal Science department meeting
• To participate in parents meeting and ensure they are aware of their child’s progress
• To participate in all CPD training
