**Teaching Opportunities in China**
This international Early Childhood school is currently recruiting a fun and creative Nursery teacher to join their team. This school has 250 students enrolled in 2012-2013 composed of 20% expatriate students and 80% non-expatriate students.
This school follows Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum for students from 3-5 years old. The facilities in this school include climate controlled classrooms, library, computer room, art & craft room, music room, sleeping room, playroom, indoor and outdoor playgrounds.
There are 30 experienced staff in the school mixed with 80% composed of expatriates and 20% non-expatriates. The working week consists of 35 hours 5 days a week and teachers normally get approximately 6 weeks holiday per annum
Job duties:
*To implement the EYFS curriculum as appropriate to the needs of the students and follow school policies and guidelines
*To plan appropriately to meet the needs of all students through differentiation of tasks
*To prepare educational materials for lessons
*To keep appropriate and efficient records, integrating formative and summative assessment into monthly and termly planning
*To ensure all students are supervised and assisted within the school at all time
*To communicate with parents on the development, progress and attainment of students
*To maintain good order and discipline in the classroom
*To ensure resources are adequate and appropriate
*To participate in parents and school meetings
*To participate in CPD activities
Jinan is the capital of Shandong province with more than 2000 years history. It is famous of its 72 springs which the expert said it has more a history more than 3000 years. There are 4 seasons a year in Jinan, in winter the temperature is about 0'C but in summer it will go up to 30'C. The Jinan International Airport is one of the finest airports in China, flights from this airport fly to more than 40 cities within and outside China.

M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Type of Staff:
Male or Female can apply to this job
Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted
Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary from 14000 up to 20000
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month
based on experience and qualification,
15-25 % Tax is applied
Housing:
Housing allowance of 3000 CNY per month
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) provided
Medical:
State/Public medical provided
Flights:
8000 (Reimburse upon arrival) CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi)
Allowance is provided
Bereavement Leave:
Bereavement leave given
Emergency Evacuation:

Contract Length:
2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
