Our client is a family run nursery in Doha, Qatar currently looking for a strong Director of Nursery or Nursery Manager to join ASAP! Our client has achieved very well with the existing nursery and is now expanding to open another nursery in the centre of town. The nursery is well known with children from wealthy local and expatriate families
Requirements to apply
**Degree in Early Childhood with EYFS or EYPS status
**Ideally an M.Ed in Early Childhood
**Ideally 3 years management experience
**MUST be a native speaker of English and western trained
**Able to use technology
**STRONG in the UK EYFS curriculum
The nursery is well furnished and is purpose built and so the client would like the ideal candidate to be confident in delivering, reviewing and update the curriculum and the carry out day to day operational activities such as:
**Nursery walkarounds
**Ensure health and safety is being adhered to all the time
**Write, review and update policies and procedures
**Carry out staff timetabling
**Carry out stand training
**Be responsible for recruitment and retention of staff
**Deal with parental complaints or queries
**Able to market the nursery both online and offline
**Strong in being able to develop community links
