Description

We are URGENTLY seeking for a Key Stage 1 teacher to join our established client in Cairo, Egypt. This position is to start immediately and an ideal candidate should have the following:
 
- Bachelor degree in Primary Education/relevant subject 
- Teaching qualification such as PGCE/QTS
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience 
- English native speaker
- Flexible to adapt into new culture 
 
A January 2016 start will also be considered for the right candidate.  
 
This international school offers the British and IBDP education to students from aged 3 to 18. Students are consisted of mainly Egyptian students with a 10% of expatriates. All the teaching staff are qualified teachers and coming mainly from the UK.

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:
3 Years

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 20,000 up to 27,000  GBP (British Pound) per annum based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
Housing:
Housing allowance of 4,000 EGP  GBP (British Pound) provided

State/Public medical provided
Flights:
Flight(s) provided
Bereavement Leave:
Bereavement leave given
Emergency Evacuation:

Contract Length:
2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
