We are now hiring a creative and responsible Physics teacher to join our client's team in the beautiful Cairo. This international school follows International Primary Curriculum (IPC) for students from KS1 to KS2 aged 5-11, British National Curriculum for students from KS3 to KS4 aged 12-16 and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) for students in KS5 aged 17-18.
This international private school is located in the new development area in Cairo city with a large expatriate community. The large, modern and well facilitated campus gives students a nice and healthy learning environment in order to achieve the best academic results as well as helping their physical development. The facilities in the school include air conditioned classrooms, computer and smart board in each classroom, high speed internet across campus, libraries, science labs, ICT labs, music studio, auditorium, art studio, theatre, gymnasium, tennis courts, basketball courts, football field, 400m athletic tracks, 25m indoor swimming pool, multi-purpose hall, medical centre and cafeteria.
The whole school has just over 1,000 students and approximately 120 staff. Students are predominantly from the local families with a small percentage of expatriates. The teaching staff however, are comprised of mainly expatriates with about 20% of non-expatriates.

- Bachelor degree in Physics or relevant subject
- Teaching qualification such as PGCE/QTS
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience
- English native speaker
- Experience in teaching the UK curriculum is beneficial
