This international school follows Montessori curriculum for students ageing between 2 to 6 years old. The majority students are local Chinese national with 10% expatriate students. The staff is also mixed with 60% expatriates and 40% non-expatriates. The school provides professional development for all staff to ensure their success and promotion of high quality learning.
The school campus is situated in the central of Business District with great range of facilities include lovely well-decorated classrooms, computer room, music room, dance room, art & craft room, soft toy playroom, medical room, indoor and outdoor playground.
An ideal candidate should have the following:
**Must hold AMI or AMS certificate
**Bachelor degree is preferable
**2 years of teaching experience in Early Years
**English native speaker
**International experience is desired
**Fast learner and good time management
**Flexible and easy to adapt to new environment
Job descriptions:
**Ensure the Montessori philosophy is followed and improves the quality at all times
**Planning, preparing and delivering lessons in Montessori ethos
**Monitoring, assessing and recording students’ learning progress and physical development
**Supervise and assist students inside and outside the school
**Maintain day to day classroom discipline
**Create and design teaching materials
**Ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained and safe for children
**Encourage students and build their esteem
**Good communication with parents and ensure they aware of their child’s progress and development
