Assistant Nursery Manager for NEW Nursery in Dubai
We are looking for a strong and passionate EYFS leader who ideally has experience of starting up a new nursery and experience of working in the Middle East region.
SeekTeachers has teamed up with a growing nursery brand in Dubai and is looking for someone who would be keen to start up a new nursery in the region.
We are looking for someone with ideally 5 years management experienced and solid UK EYFS curriculum experience. The role is due to start Mid March 2015 and would be an excellent opportunity for the right person to get stuck into a new project
Salary Package
**Up to 20,000 AED per month TAX FREE based on qualification and experienced

There is no accommodation provided in this and the ideal candidate would be someone who is already located in Dubai and is looking for a new challenge to take up.
The nursery is part of an established group and so they are opening a new branch. The nursery follows the UK EYFS curriculum and as a Manager of a new nursery you will be required to get involved in the basic structuring of the nursery with the Directors and also be able to have the policies and procedures written up
Job Requirements
**Degree in Early Childhood with EYPS/QTS
**Ideally a Master in Early Childhood
**At least 3 years management experience
Specification
**Extensive knowledge of current and relevant guidelines and legislations with respect to the operation of the Nursery
**A working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
**Ability to work creatively to meet the needs of families
**Able to work with parents effectively to effect change
**Ability to plan activity programme to stimulate learning and development, based on observation
**Ability to work effectively as a member of the Centre's staff team
**Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents and other professionals
**Commitment to working in an anti-discriminatory way to ensure equality of opportunity
**Skilled in policy implementation in respect to health and hygiene, child protection and special needs
You need to be a Manager that has:
**Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
**Have knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum and a full awareness of International best practice in early childhood
**Able to interact effectively with parents face to face and online
**Have outstanding organisational skills
