Teacher Responsibilities
**Plan effective lessons
**Prepare resources prior to lessons
**Deliver outstanding lessons of Geography that promote an enquiry based learning model
**Maintain effective behaviour management in classroom using positive behaviour strategies to ensure learner’s engagement in the lesson
**Keep and maintain records of student assessment and date
**Carry out lunch time staff duty
**Cover for staff absentees
**Attend Social Studies Department meetings
**Attend staff briefing
**Be prepared to go on staff CPD or INSET's
**Assist students after school that are under performing
**Have excellent classroom management skills and be able to manage student behaviour an expectations
