Biology Teacher Requirements
**A bachelors degree in Biology or Science (ESSENTIAL)
**A full teaching license
**A MINIMUM of 2 years teaching experience (ESSENTIAL)
**MUST be a native speaker of English
**Experience of IB MYP, IB DP, AP or USA Common Core is beneficial
The school delivers the IB and USA Common Core Curriculum to students that are mainly Emirati and are non-native speakers of English.
Interviews will only be done in person as our client will be flying over to meet Biology Teachers. You need to be energetic, motivated and keen to deliver to a high quality in the UAE. As a teacher of Biology you need to be an innovative practitioner that is able to demonstrate technical and practical ability of understanding biology. Students in the school are more "hands-on" and so you need to be a flexible teacher to differentiate their learning style.
If you have experience of the IB Biology curriculum this will be an excellent time to apply as it will give you a greater chance to secure the job.
The salary package is very competitive and provided the following:
