The Principal from a leading school in Zambia is coming to London to recruit a strong PE Coordinator for August 2014. Application requirements:
**Degree in PE or sports related subject
**A PGCE in Physical Education
**At least 2-3 years of being in a Middle Management job
**Be a native speaker of English and Western trained
**Tech-savvy to use technology in the classroom

The school delivers the British National Curriculum to students aged 3-18 years of age and so you should be strong and confident to also offer up to high level. Students are warm and friendly and keen to learn as the need for top quality education is high
 
Job Description:
**Review and map out the Scheme of Work for Physical education
**Evaluate PE teachers and provide feedback to your teachers
**Carry out PE department meetings
**Promote the schools vision and mission
**Help organise after school sports events
**Arrange events within the local community to promote PE
**Deliver excellent lessons for teachers to shadow and develop
**Meet with the Senior Management and provide them updates of the changes in the PE Department
**Ensure that teaching and learning is delivered at a HIGH and consistent level
 
The school is well furnished and fast expanding due to the success of the students results and so this is a talk in the community. There is very little staff turnover at this school and below the average rate of change over, which is 20%

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary up to 1600  GBP (British Pound) per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
Housing:
Based on application  fully furnished Housing provided

Utility Bills:
£65 per month
Baggage Allowance:
Up to £1250 at the start and end of the contract
