This school has a great balance of teachers from all across the globe. 60% of the teachers are from countries such as the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia and new Zealand. The remaining 40 % are of an Arab origin such as Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, Saudi as well as local Qataris.
GCSE Biology Teacher:
**You will be required to set a positive environment in your classroom to motivate your student to continuously work hard
**Ensure you have a clear tracking sheet that clearly shows that progression each individual student has made throughout the year
**You should be able to plan a good lessons that involves the students using a variety of learning styles
**You should make sure that the students are set homework and coursework on a regular basis
**Set test at the end of each unit so that you know how clear each student is on each module
**You should ensure that you monitor the behaviour of each student
