About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Grade 2 Teacher to join our thriving primary team in Kuwait. This position is ideal for an educator who brings creativity, energy, and a nurturing approach to the classroom while maintaining high academic standards.
The successful candidate will thrive in a multicultural environment and be committed to helping young learners grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons
Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Track student progress through formative and summative assessments
Communicate effectively with parents and staff
Participate in school-wide events, meetings, and professional growth activities
Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education or a relevant field
✅ Teaching certification/license (REQUIRED)
✅ Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (preferably in lower elementary or KS1/KS2)
✅ Fluent English speaker (instruction is in English)
✅ Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
✅ Open to relocating and embracing Kuwaiti culture
Preferred:
✅ Experience in international or British curriculum settings
✅ Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum or similar frameworks
✅ First Aid/CPR certification
