Job Title: ADEK Approved Primary Teacher

Location: Al Ain & Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Start Date: August or September 2025 (Immediate Joiners Strongly Preferred)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a group of top-performing charter schools in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. These schools have asked me to identify ADEK Approved Primary Teachers who are passionate about education and ready to make a meaningful impact in the classroom. The leadership across these schools has emphasized that they will prioritize candidates who are ready to join immediately or by August/September 2025 at the latest.

These charter schools are well-respected in the UAE and known for delivering high academic standards, offering excellent facilities, and fostering a collaborative work culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers seeking long-term growth in the region.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field 

  • A valid teaching qualification/license (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent).

  • ADEK approval as a Primary Teacher is mandatory.

  • At least 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.

  • Previous experience in the UAE or international schools is preferred.

  • Immediate availability or readiness to start by August/September 2025 is essential.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural team.

Role Expectations:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for primary students based on curriculum standards.

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student development.

  • Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.

  • Participate actively in staff meetings, school events, and continuous professional development.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
