Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Primary School team to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.

• Develop and implement strategic plans in line with the school’s vision and values.

• Support and mentor teachers through professional development and performance management.

• Foster a positive, inclusive school culture that supports student well-being and achievement.

• Work closely with senior leadership, parents, and the wider school community.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s in Education or Leadership preferred).

• Valid teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed).

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of international curricula (British, American, or IB preferred).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
