Responsibilities:
**Teaching and Curriculum Development:
**Develop and execute engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans tailored to children aged 2-4 years.
**Instill a love for learning through interactive and creative activities.
**Customize and adjust curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child.
Child Development:
**Assess and track the developmental progress of individual children.
**Foster a positive and nurturing atmosphere conducive to social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Parent Communication:
**Maintain transparent and consistent communication with parents regarding their child's progress, activities, and any concerns.
**Coordinate and participate in parent-teacher conferences.
Safety and Well-being:
**Ensure the safety and welfare of all nursery children.
**Adhere to established health and safety protocols.
Collaboration:
**Collaborate closely with fellow nursery staff to foster a harmonious and supportive team environment.
**Engage in ongoing professional development to remain abreast of current best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications:
**Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field.
**CACHE Level 3 certification or equivalent.
**Minimum of 2 years' experience in a nursery or early childhood education setting.
**Proficient in English with excellent communication abilities.
