My client operates as a distinguished educational institution dedicated to delivering exemplary early childhood education within Dubai. We are presently seeking enthusiastic and seasoned Nursery Teachers to join our client's team. As an essential component of our educational community, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of our young learners. We are seeking individuals who are fervent about early childhood education, possess robust teaching competencies, and can forge meaningful connections with children on an individual basis.
 
Responsibilities:
- Devise and execute age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate intellectual, physical, social, and emotional growth.
- Cultivate creativity through captivating activities aimed at fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Cultivate a secure and inviting classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to track each child's progress and offer feedback to parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians concerning their child's achievements and areas for improvement.
- Engage in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as necessary.
 
Requirements to Apply:
- Cache L3 or higher OR a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Demonstrated experience working as a Nursery Teacher or in a similar capacity.
- Solid understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
- Patient demeanor coupled with a passion for teaching young children.
- Previous experience teaching in a nursery in the UAE is preferred.
- Must be adaptable to the working culture in the UAE.
