EFL Practitioner - China

My clients prestigious language institute in China are currently seeking experienced and passionate educators to join their dynamic team.
 
Responsibilities:
 
**Design, plan, and deliver engaging English lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels.
**Instruct students on essential language skills such as speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary.
**Utilize innovative teaching methods and resources to ensure effective learning experiences.
**Regularly assess student progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
**Promote a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and cultural exchange.
**Collaborate with fellow educators to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
 
Requirements:
 
**Hold a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution in any field.
**Possess TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification with at least 120 hours of training (or equivalent qualification).
**Demonstrate native or near-native level proficiency in English.
**Have at least one year of teaching experience, preferably with ESL learners (recent graduates are also encouraged to apply!).
**Exhibit excellent communication skills, patience, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 10,000 up to 16,000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month based on experience and qualification, 12% Tax is applied
Housing:
Housing allowance of 3000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) provided
Medical:
State/Public medical provided
Contract Length:
2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
