EFL Teacher - China

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels.
- Teach essential language skills including speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Utilize creative teaching methods and resources to make learning enjoyable and effective.
- Assess students' progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters cultural exchange.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field from an accredited institution.
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification with a minimum of 120 hours of training (or equivalent).
- Native or near-native level proficiency in English.
- Minimum one year of teaching experience, preferably with ESL learners. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply!
- Excellent communication skills, patience, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity.
