Key Responsibilities:
- Craft engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum goals to provide effective English language instruction.
- Foster a supportive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student participation.
- Utilize interactive teaching strategies such as group activities, discussions, debates, and multimedia resources.
- Offer personalized support to address the diverse needs of your students.
- Assess student progress regularly through assignments, tests, projects, and presentations.
- Collaborate with peers on curriculum development and professional growth opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student performance and concerns.
- Engage in staff meetings, professional development activities, and school functions actively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Certification in TEFL/TESOL or an equivalent qualification (CELTA/DELTA preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in teaching English as a second language at the high school level.
- Profound understanding of English grammar and language acquisition principles.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with high school students, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
- Cultural awareness coupled with knowledge of Chinese traditions is highly valued.

- Competitive salary ranging from 16000 CNY to 22000 CNY based on qualifications and experience.
- 50% payment during summer (approximately 5 weeks) and winter vacations (approximately 3 weeks).
