MUST Have Requirements:
 
  • Master's degree in Education or related field
  • Teaching license or qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed, QTS)
  • Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience with the American curriculum is essential
  • Child protection certificate/Safeguarding training

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Girls Section department
  • Oversee the academic and pastoral care of female students, ensuring their well-being and success
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement policies and initiatives that support student achievement and school improvement
  • Monitor student progress and performance, implementing interventions as needed to support individual needs
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that celebrates diversity and promotes student engagement
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with parents, fostering open communication and collaboration
