Responsibilities:
**Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives to deliver effective English language instruction.
**Foster a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages active learning.
**Utilize interactive teaching methods such as group work, discussions, debates, and multimedia resources.
**Provide individualized attention and support to meet students' diverse needs.
**Regularly assess student progress through assignments, tests, projects, and presentations.
**Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning activities.
**Effectively communicate with parents/guardians regarding student performance or concerns.
**Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
Requirements:
**Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
**TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent qualification (CELTA/DELTA preferred).
**Proven experience teaching English as a second language at the high school level.
**Strong knowledge of English grammar rules and principles of language acquisition.
**Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with high school students,
parents/guardians, and colleagues.
*Cultural sensitivity combined with an understanding of Chinese culture is highly desirable.

*Competitive salary ranging from 16000 CNY - 22000 CNY based on qualifications & experience
*50% payment during summer (around 5 weeks) & winter vacation (around 3 weeks)
