Principal in Oman | Whole School Principal - Next Academic Year
 
I am seeking a STRONG and experienced Whole School Principal to join my cliengt for the next academic year.  The ideal candidate will have experience being a Principal in the GCC and understand the dynamics involved witihn a modern education setting based in the Gulf region. The curriculum delivers a 21st century style teaching and learning approahc to get he best from the students.  Candidates that have led a school in Oman or surrounding GCC countries will be preferred
 
Requirements to Apply
  1. Bachelor in Education or Degree with Teaching qualification
  2. Masters of Education is MANDATORY
  3. Experience of UK and or IB is preferred
  4. Ideally 3-5 years of experience in management in an international school setting
  5. Excellent command of English and Arabic
  6. Able to lead a school online if needed
  7. Up to date with modern teaching practises
  8. Up to date with the internattional education framework
  9. Proven track record of achieving high attainment and being an Ambassador for the school
  10. Experience of leading a school in the GCC is highly preferred
  11. EXCELLENT references on file

At this stage I am in need of your up to date CV to progress.  The shool is owned privately and caters for local Emirati students. It has about 1500 students and is looking to expand. Many of the teachers hired are from expat countries. The school has some good facilities and has the scope to become and outstanding school in the region with solid leadership and guidance.
 
 
I am seeking a STRONG Principal that has excellent community values and is up to date with modern pedagogical methods to raise the academic excellence of the schoo. Interviews will be done in person with the CEO of the school.  Further details will be provided for the right candidate
