ESL Trainer | English Language Trainer | ESL in Dubai | Teach Abroad - FULL TIME
SeekTeachers is looking for qualified and experienced ESL Trainers to join my client located in Dubai UAE.  This is your chance to work with an established organisation that is looking for hard working, engaging teacher that can inspire students to learn English. You will be teaching 6 hours a day.
Requirements to Apply
  1. Have a Bachelor degree ideally in English with e CELTA/TEFL 120 hours/TESOL
  2. Minimum 3 years’ experience teaching English as a foreign language to international students
  3. Must be a native-English speaker
  4. Have A passion for teaching
  5. Ability to teach all levels of English
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  7. Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  8. Positive and professional attitude
  9. Experience using interactive classroom technology
  10. Have a Bachelors degree with a teaching qualification
  11. Have a high command of written and spoken English
  12. Be Tech savvy and competent to use technology in the classroom
This role is suiable for someone who is already based in Dubai/UAE as the salary package on offer is as follows:
  1. 10,500 AED per month TAX FREE
  2. FREE Medical Insurance (optional)
  3. FREE visa and residency cover (optional)
Job Description:
  1. Have EXCELLENT Classroom management
  2. Planning, preparing, and delivering ESL lessons to a range of classes and age groups
  3. Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises
  4. Marking and providing appropriate feedback on oral and written work
  5. Devising, writing, and producing new materials, including audio and visual resources
  6. Organise and be involved in social and cultural activities such as sports competitions, school activities, dinners, and excursions
  7. Attending and contributing to training sessions
  8. Participating in marketing events for the language school
  9. Preparing information for inspection visits and other quality assurance exercises
  10. Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance
  11. Assist Junior teachers and take part in buddy systems and peer observations
Students are assessed bi-weekly and mid course. In addition there is bi-weekly feedback and an end of course exam done. Teachers are also assessed with 3 formal obseration per year by the Academic Manager, where there is feedback provided and goals are agreed and set.  The Academic Manager oversees implementation of development plan and student evaluations are carried out every 12 weeks per group, per level.  A compiled assessment and feedback is used for end of year appraisal.
