**Bachelor’s degree from a Scientific Field (Biology, Chemistry OR physics-based)

**PGCE in Secondary Education, USA or Canadian Teaching License or Irish Teaching Council registration

**Outstanding oral and written English skills

The ideal candidate will be expected to have a minimum of three years of teaching experience in their chosen field, and references will indicate a track record of a history of effective teaching. This international school is seeking individuals with a true passion for facilitating young people’s curiosity in the field of Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, and Physic) who possess a willingness to adopt an inquiry-based approach to teaching and learning. Exceptional candidates will indicate excellent subject knowledge and the ability to put situations into REAL-LIFE contexts. Teachers will also be expected to maintain excellent classroom management to promote cohesion and professionalism and serve as role models to the students they teach daily and will have the ability to use assessment as a tool to further their student’s achievement.
