ESL TEACHERS for CHILDRENS – RELOCATION TO RUSSIA

SALARY & BENEFITS 
  1. Up to 70,000 RUB based on qualifications + 25,000 RUB exchange rate compensation.
  2. 3,500 RUB per month towards annual flight allowance.
  3. Sponsored legal work visa.
  4. Health insurance.
  5. Up to 28 annual leave days plus national holidays.
  6. Airport pick-up upon arrival.
  7. Relocation assistance, including optional salary advance and apartment search support.
  8. Training and development programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Planning and delivering lessons to children ages 3-18 for up to 28 teaching hours per week.
  2. Using electronic media and developed courseware to teach English efficiently and effectively.
  3. Evaluating student progress and providing ongoing guidance for improvement.
  4. Maintaining regular office hours.
  5. Participating in extra-curricular activities with students such as sports matches, young learner holiday camps, and film nights.
 
REQUIREMENTS
  1. Bachelor’s degree.
  2. TEFL certificate preferred.
  3. Passport issued by one of the following countries: USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand.
  4. Obtain a clear background check.
  5. One year contract renewable on mutual agreement.

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a TEFL / DELTA / CELTA / ESOL or equivalent
Type of Staff:
Male or Female can apply to this job
Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
STRONG Newly Qualified Teachers (NQT's) can apply
A Newly Qualified Teachers program is not provided
International experience is not necessary to apply
Open University qualification(s) are accepted
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 70,000 up to 70,000  RUB (Russian Rouble) per month based on experience and qualification, 13% Tax is applied

Contract Length:
1 year contract renewable on mutual agreement
