Salary for Early Years Teacher;

**Tax FREE Salary of 13,500AED to 15,000AED (£3,000- £3,300)

The Ideal Applicant:

The Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that the grade, subject and assistant teachers are focused on fulfilling their pastoral care responsibilities and that the students feel loved, cared for and comfortable at school. The coordinator will be also responsible for overseeing the support systems for students in their sector. They will also be responsible for the safety, wellbeing  disciplinary expectations and will be aim to create for the teams happiness and successful. The ideal applicant will possess a kind and personable nature and engaging personality and have both a in depth understanding of early childhood development and have the ability to lead a team. Qualifications must be in line (Degree or master’s in education, Early Childhood or relative field) The Kindergarten Coordinator will not only be expected to develop a fantastic rapport with their class but the whole school and the wider community.
 
Education Requirements:

**Bachelor's in Early Childhood Studies (Masters is preferable)
**A PGCE in Early Years
**Previous Leadership Experience
**Experience with the UK Curriculum
**Be a Native English Speaker
