The Ideal Applicant:
The Ideal Applicant will have the ability to offer ideas and suggestions on how to further develop an already, high achieving, young department with suggestion of Literature and effective strategies with in the teaching of English Language and Literature.
The Ideal applicant will possess kind and personable approaches to their students and engaging personality. As a Teacher of the subject, theywill have the ability to provide their students with well-resourced lessons and promote every child's right to learn by creating a warm but challenging environment for the children. Teachers will not only be expected to develop a fantastic rapport with their class but the whole school and the wider community.
Education Requirements:
**Bachelor's Degree in English language, literature of relative field
**PGCE in Secondary English and Qualified Teachers Status
**One or more years teaching experience
