The Ideal Applicant:
 
The ideal applicant will possess a kind and personable nature and engaging personality. The teacher will place emphasis on providing their students with well-resourced lessons and promote every child's right to learn by creating a warm but challenging environment for the children. By providing children with challenging and engaging lessons, they will help support their children in unlocking their full potential. Teachers will not only be expected to develop a fantastic rapport with their class but the whole school and the wider community. The ideal Early Years Teacher will possess confidence in delivering lessons of all core subjects and have the ability to develop childrens confidence and self - esteem.  The teacher will have the experience of dealing with Early Years students and will deliver lessons to a variety of age groups and abilities. Applicants will also have the opportunity to help contribute to an ever developing curriculum. They will also be able to confidently articulate ideas and suggestions of good practice and have a willingness to engage in continued Professional Development.
 
Education Requirements:
 
**Bachelor's Degree in Education/Early Childhood Studies (Or related subjects) 
**A PGCE + QTS or valid teaching license
**Ideally 2 years or more full-time teaching experience
**Be a Native English Speaker
