Description

SeekTeachers is seeking 1 General Science Teacher willing to relocate to the amazing Shanghai and ready to teach in one of the best International Schools in China.   
 
Salary and Benefits:
**Competitive salary: 20,000 - 35,000 GBP per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
**Two years contracts (renewable)
**Annual flight allowance
**Monthly housing allowance

**Year-end bonus after completion of one year service

The Shanghai campus was the first of 5 other campuses that opened in China. All the schools welcome both Chinese and International students from all over the world and offer a very complete curriculum, from Kindergarten up to Primary and Secondary. All students care about learning and get the highest score of the school which is already IB Diploma above worldwide averages.  
 
Requirements:
**Native speaker of English
**Bachelors Degree in English (English Literature, Linguistics, and related subjects)
**PGCE in English
**Minimum of 2 years of classroom teaching experience (up to A-level)
**International experienced preferred
**Flexible to adapt to a new culture
 
What's in Shanghai?
Shanghai is one of the most prosperous and cosmopolitan cities in China and Asia with an estimated population of over 24 million. The city is mixed with the rich heritage of ancient historic Chinese culture and landmark as well as the growing Pudong Skyline makes the city a modern and thriving environment. The main language is Mandarin and although English is not widely spoken, most street signs and maps are usually written in both English and Chinese which makes it very easy for foreigners to navigate the city.

Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 25,000 up to 35,000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
