I am looking for an experienced and committed Design Thinking teacher to join an outstanding British school in Seoul. Our client follows an enhanced version of the English Early Years Foundation Stage framework and National Curriculum with suitable modifications made to take into account the diverse make up of the school population. It is a fully accredited member of the Council of International Schools (CIS), WASC (Western Association of School and Colleges) and an IB World school offering the IBDP Diploma Programme.
The international school benefits from a rich international and multi-cultural mix, with 40 different nationalities represented. Teachers are mainly recruited from the UK, Australia, New Zealand, North America and other international schools worldwide.
To apply, you must be:
**Fully qualified teacher
**Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject area
**Minimum 3 years’ experience in the area for which you are applying
**Successful experience in working with students in KS3, KS4 and IB Diploma
**Previous experience in an international school and familiarity with British education system preferred
**An understanding of how the learning continuum flows through the School– especially KS3, KS4 and IB Diploma
**Excellent knowledge of the content and pedagogy and the requirements for IGCSE and IB Diploma
**Demonstrated experience in using a variety of assessment and feedback techniques
**Demonstrated experience in raising achievement and setting aspirational targets
