Roles and Responsibilities:
Teach knowledge and skills in art, including drawing, painting, lettering.
Demonstrate techniques in activities such as drawing and painting
Knows and can apply elements of design and modern principles of art
Knows the fundamentals and different approaches to drawing media technique
Evaluate each student’s performance and growth in knowledge and aesthetic understandings, and prepare progress reports
Communicate with parents and school counselors on pupil progress
Participate in curriculum and other developmental programs, such as after-school art club.
Involvement in the Activities program (which includes outdoor education
Minimum Education Requirements / Certification
• To be capable of teaching Senior Visual Arts
• Teachers from INDIA and PHILIPPINES should have an active IELTS score of 7.5 in General or 7 in Academics
• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts
• Master’s degree in Visual Arts preferred
• Bilingual – Arabic and English.
• PGCE (or equivalent) in Secondary Education with a focus on Visual Arts.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts
