SeekTeachers is now seeking for 2 English teachers on behalf of our client to join their team in Shenzhen, one of the most developed city in Southern China. The positions are for January 2014 start, however, the school is willing to postpone the starting date for the right candidate.
This is a great opportunity for those who wants to gain some teaching experience. An ideal candidate should have the following:
**English native speaker;
**A bachelor degree;
**Have excellent communication and IT skills
**Have a TEFL/CELTA certificate;
**Minimum of 1 year teaching experience
You will be working for an English centre for students aged from 3 to 18. The main responsibilities is to help your students understand English ranging from coursework preparation, classes planning, work marking and arrange any extra-curricular activities and set targets for students. You will also be responsible for the safety of the students during lesson and creating a vibrant teaching atmosphere.
Shenzhen is one of the most developed city in China. The city is situated in the southern China, about 40 mins away from Hong Kong Central via metro. The city may not be as historical as other cities in China but it still has a lot to offer. From restaurants, bars, pubs, recreation park, beaches to shopping mall, you will able to find activities that suit you. Because Shenzhen is a migrant city, you will also find a high rate of expatriate in the city and is easy to adapt.
