The Ministry of Education in the Emirates is looking for Teachers to cover 400 publics school in different locations in the north of the UAE (Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah and Sharjah). If you are an experienced teacher looking for a new career aboard, why don’t keep teaching in the UAE?
The UAE's relentless growth over recent years has made working there look very impressive on any CV. Rich in cultural heritage; it's a place where tradition meets modernity. English is the main language of business and around 85% of the population comes from abroad so you'll have no trouble fitting in.
As in the UK, full-time employees typically work five eight-hour shifts every week. However, unlike the UK, the working week runs from Sunday to Thursday. Friday and Saturday are rest days. Working hours are reduced during Ramadan.
On your days off you'll be able to enjoy red-hot weather, idyllic sandy beaches and plenty of opportunities for entertainment.
Requirements:
**Bachelor's degree in English Language or English Literature o similar from a western University
**CELTA or an equivalent certificate for teaching English as a foreign language
**M.Ed in TESOL is beneficial
**A minimum of 2 years of teaching at a middle or high school level
**A native speaker of English
**Experience in the Gulf region is an advantage

Job Specifications:
**Provide high quality teaching and learning support to students of Grade 8 to 12
**Plan, manage and improve the leering of their own students
**Implement and continually improve curriculum, teaching, learning and assessment strategies in collaboration with Cluster Teachers.
**Manage the learning of students, maintaining records, collaborating with other teachers and promoting staff development in a pro-active manner
**Play a leadership role in role-modeling behavior, attitudes, and learning behaviors for students.
**Responsible for achieving the set learning outcomes in students, and therefore supervise all student’s activities and processes to ensure outcomes
**Communicate progress and performance to students and school management
Salary Package:
**A TAX-FREE salary of 21,000 AED per month
