The school:
Our client is an International Baccalaureate (IB) school located in southern Jiangsu province, approximately 2 hour away from Shanghai.  The school caters for children from aged 3 to 12, adopting the IB Primary Years Programme (IBPYP) curriculum. The whole school has about 400 children at present with over 20 different nationalities.
 
Requirements to apply:
*Bachelor degree in Primary Education or relevant subject
*Teaching qualification such as PGCE/QTS/Teaching License/Diploma
*Native English speaker
*Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
*ESL/IBPYP teaching experience is beneficial but not essential
*Flexible to adapt into new culture
 
Salary package:
*Salary starting from 18,000RMB
*Housing allowance of 3,000RMB 
*Flight allowance of 10,000RMB p.a
*Shipping allowance
*Medical healthcare
*Working visa
*Chinese and western holiday
*Bonus upon completion of contract

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:
2 Years

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 18,000 up to 23,000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month based on experience and qualification, 10-25 % Tax is applied
Housing:
Housing allowance of 4000RMB  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) provided
Medical:
State/Public medical provided
Flights:
10,000RMB  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) Allowance is provided
Bereavement Leave:
Bereavement leave given
Emergency Evacuation:
Emergency evacuation given
Contract Length:
2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
