A top British international school in Cairo is seeking for Primary teachers to join them in the next academic year. This is a fully
accredited international school that follows the UK National curriculum and IBDP programme.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Primary Education or relevant subject
- Teaching qualification such as PGCE/QTS
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience
- Working visa
- Medical insurance
- English native speaker
- Flexible to adapt into new culture
This international school currently has approximately 1,200 students with over 20 different nationalities. There are also over 100 teaching staff in the school. The teaching staff are all qualified teachers mainly coming from the UK.
Duties and responsibilities:
**Deliver primary year curriculum as agreed by school
**Use different teaching strategies to deliver lesson and observe student learning development
**Responsible for the safety of the students within the lesson and school environment
**Maintains regular communication with parents with regard to the student needs
**Ensure the teaching resources/materials are up-to-date
**Register student’s attendances
**Being a good team player and work effectively in a group
**Assist in the preparation and marking of assessments
