Our client is an expanding Early Childhood Organisation looking for a Nursery Manager that has EXCELLENT command and working knowledge of the UK Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.
We are looking for a female candidate that ideally has experience and knowledge of the culture of working in the UAE or the Middle East region. The Director Will shortlist and interview candidates in person.
Job Description:
**Manage day to day running’s of the nursery
**Be responsible for overall student and staff data
**Creating a safe, caring and positive learning environment for your staff and students
**Ensuring there is a consistent HIGH calibre of teaching and learning taking place
**Manage nursery budget
**Create and manage staff rotas and timetables
**Meet and greet with parents
**Carry out parent workarounds
**Manage and update the nursery social media profile
**Create and update a marketing profile both online and offline
**Update parents about nursery events through the use of newsletters, emails and phone calls
**Attend to and manage complaints
**Build professional relationships with outside organisations to better promote the nursery
**Create and maintain policies and procedures
**Creating management reports, and maintaining staff and child records
**Running the centre in line with environmental, health and safety and fire regulations.
Initial interviews will be done over Skype and once the Director of the company has shortlisted candidates you may be asked to fly out to the United Arab Emirates for face to face interviews to review your application
