Islamic Studies Teacher for British International School
Requirements:
**Degree MUST be in Islamic Studies
**PGCE with QTS in RE (Arabic)
**Ideally 2 years full time teaching experience
**Western trained
**Native speaker of English (ideally) and be able to speak EXCELLENT Arabic
**Competent in using ICT in the classroom
School Principal is visiting London from the 15th Of January 2015 and wil interview in person. Requirements to apply is STRICT because of the new KHDA requirements.

School is international with over 45 different nationalities and growing and has expanded due to excellent students results. The school is CIS accredited as well as IB Accredited and is a member of the BSME, Cambridge and Edexcel exam boards.
Teachers are mixed international teachers from various western countries and teaching and learning is done in English
Salary is competitive offering TAX FREE, plus accommodation, medical, visa, flights settling in allowance and gratuity bonus. It is a 2 year contract.
The school is about 15 minutes from the centre and close by to parks, malls, gyms. Excellent school to get settled with full support and CPD provided for the right teacher.

M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary up to 12000
AED (UAE Dirham) per month
based on experience and qualification,

**Discount on tuition fees 50% for single teacher. For teaching couples it will be 100% for up to 2 children
**Long term disability covered up to 75% for a period of 4 months (upon medical documentation and evidence)
**In the case of a bereavement leave up to 5 working days covered
**Settling in allowance of 2000AED (about £340)
