**Early Childhood Teacher**
**Teach in Shanghai**
**Salary up to 25,000RMB**
 
Our client is one of the most established educational organisation with over 60 schools in Asia. One of their Shanghai school is URGENTLY 
hiring for an Early Childhood teacher to join them in mid-August.
 
To apply, you need to meet the following requirements:
 
**Bachelor degree in Early Years
**Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
**English native speaker
**Experience in Reggio Emilia curriculum is beneficial
 
Role and responsibilities:
 
*To plan, prepare and deliver lessons/activities for 3-5 years old group in line with Reggio Emilia
*To ensure it meets the diverse needs and interests of each student
*To be warm, friendly yet have a professional manner
*To monitor, record and assess students’ development
*To communicate with parents and inform them of their children’s progress
*To organise and participate in parents meetings
*To participate in school meetings
*To participate in professional development activities
*To be able to work as a team as well as individually
*To be adaptable in new environment and be culturally aware

Minimum Application Requirements

Experience:

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 18,000 up to 25,000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month based on experience and qualification, 10-25 % Tax is applied
Housing:
Housing allowance of 5,000RMB  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) provided
Medical:
State/Public medical provided
Flights:
Flight(s) provided
Bereavement Leave:
Bereavement leave given
Emergency Evacuation:
Emergency evacuation given
Contract Length:
2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
