About the Role
A reputable international school in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Humanities Teacher to join its secondary department. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and a proven track record of raising academic standards.

Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities or a related field (History, Geography, Social Studies, etc.)
🎓 Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., State License – mandatory)
🎓 Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching Humanities at middle or high school level
🎓 Excellent classroom management and communication skills
🎓 Strong command of English (spoken and written)
🎓 Experience with British or international curricula preferred
🎓 All academic and professional documents must be attested prior to onboarding
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, structured Humanities lessons aligned with the curriculum
Promote critical thinking, discussion, and academic writing skills
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to whole-school initiatives
