Position Overview:
Our partner school is seeking a talented and inspiring Female Drama Teacher to nurture students’ creativity, confidence, and self-expression through the performing arts. The ideal candidate will bring energy, imagination, and a passion for theatre to the classroom and stage.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging Drama lessons that encourage performance and teamwork
Foster creativity, communication, and collaboration among students
Direct school productions, assemblies, and creative showcases
Develop lesson plans aligned with the American curriculum
Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates artistic expression
Salary Package and Benefits:

Job Requirements:
✅ Female candidates only
✅ Degree in Drama, Performing Arts, Theatre Education, or a related field
✅ Teaching license or certification preferred
✅ Experience teaching in American, British, or IB curricula is an advantage
✅ Preference for candidates already in Kuwait with attested documents
✅ Strong communication, creativity, and classroom management skills
