Position Overview:
Our partner school is seeking a talented and inspiring Female Drama Teacher to nurture students’ creativity, confidence, and self-expression through the performing arts. The ideal candidate will bring energy, imagination, and a passion for theatre to the classroom and stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging Drama lessons that encourage performance and teamwork

• Foster creativity, communication, and collaboration among students

• Direct school productions, assemblies, and creative showcases

• Develop lesson plans aligned with the American curriculum

• Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback

• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates artistic expression

Salary Package and Benefits:

Job Requirements:
✅ Female candidates only
✅ Degree in Drama, Performing Arts, Theatre Education, or a related field
✅ Teaching license or certification preferred
✅ Experience teaching in American, British, or IB curricula is an advantage
✅ Preference for candidates already in Kuwait with attested documents
✅ Strong communication, creativity, and classroom management skills
