Are you an experienced and passionate Grade Level Coordinator ready to lead a team of educators and drive academic excellence in an international school setting? Lead and support teachers within a specific grade level, ensuring high-quality curriculum delivery
Monitor student achievement and academic progress, and implement strategies for improvement
Coordinate curriculum planning and ensure consistency in assessment and classroom practices
Collaborate with school leadership on strategic initiatives and school improvement plans
Facilitate regular team meetings to address student needs, teaching effectiveness, and professional development
Act as a communication bridge between teachers, leadership, and parents
Mentor and coach new and current teachers to support instructional excellence
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Teaching certification: PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent recognized qualification
Minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience, with prior coordination or leadership experience preferred
Strong skills in curriculum planning, classroom management, and team leadership
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
A collaborative mindset and ability to foster a culture of academic excellence
